By accessing or using the Site, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase our products.

Kubi Pets offers pet supplements, feeding accessories such as lick mats and slow feeders, and branded auxiliary items such as stickers, cards, and prints. We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. However, occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update information, and discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, characters, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and packaging (“Kubi Pets Content”), is the property of Kubi Pets and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or create derivative works from any Kubi Pets Content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and could result in legal action.

Orders, Payments, and Billing

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase under these Terms. Orders are not binding until confirmed by us via email. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us or our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe or Shopify) to process your payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when products are delivered to the carrier. At this time, we ship only within the United States.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on our slow feeders and bowls. To qualify, returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

For safety reasons, opened or partially used supplement products are non-returnable. Accessories and branded merchandise may be returned only if unused, in original condition, and returned within 15 days.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, images, or other content to the Site, you grant Kubi Pets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and display such content in connection with our marketing and promotional activities.
